    Suggested Use


    Consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day. You can achieve this through a combination of high protein foods and protein supplements. For the best results, consume your daily protein allotment over several small meals spread evenly throughout the day.


    Directions:


    Natural 100% Oats & Whey is instantized, so it always mixes up easily. Simply add 1 heaping scoop of Natural 100% Oats & Whey to a blender, shaker cup, or glass filled with 6-8 ounces of cold water or milk. Then blend, shake, or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved.


    Tips: (1) For a thicker, more strongly flavored shake, use a little less water or milk; for a thinner consistency try adding a little more liquid.
