Each "serving" contains a huge pack of huge tablets and capsules. I am a veteran pill swallower, but this pack of monsters is hard to consume. I was hoping to cut out my prescription meds for sleep problems. The packs have not improved my sleep at all. The pre-bed swallowing ordeal in NOT the way I want to end my evening. It might help those with with no sleep disorders, but not me.
